Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the LinkIT Travel website and your bookings made through it. By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. What we offer

Through LinkIT Travel you can book two kinds of things:

• Tours, activities, treks and holiday packages that LinkIT Travel lists and sells directly.
• Hotel rooms and flights, searched and booked live through our third-party supply partners: hotel inventory through Hotelbeds, and flights through Duffel. When you book a hotel or flight, LinkIT Travel is arranging that booking on your behalf with the supplier; the supplier is who actually provides the accommodation or carriage, and their own booking conditions apply alongside these terms (see clause 5).

2. Your account

You need an account to book. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide, including any traveler profiles you choose to save for reuse at future checkouts. You can update or remove saved traveler profiles at any time from your account.

3. Payment

All payments are processed by Stripe. LinkIT Travel does not receive or store your full card details. Stripe collects and processes those directly.

• Hotel and flight bookings must always be paid in full at the time of booking. This is because confirming these with our supplier is an immediate, real commitment on our part: we can't offer a deposit option on inventory we don't control.
• Tours, activities, treks and packages sold directly by LinkIT Travel can sometimes be paid as a deposit (a fixed dollar amount specific to that listing, shown to you before checkout), with the remaining balance due later. If a due date applies to your remaining balance, we'll tell you what it is.

4. Traveler and travel document details

Depending on what you're booking, we may need each traveler's full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number, and (for flight bookings specifically) title and gender, because our flight supplier's booking system requires these per passenger. You're responsible for making sure these details are accurate and match the traveler's passport or travel documents; incorrect details can result in denied boarding or check-in, at your own cost.

5. Third-party suppliers

Hotel bookings are fulfilled by Hotelbeds and flight bookings by Duffel. Each supplier has its own terms, fare conditions, and cancellation rules for the specific rate or fare you book. These apply in addition to LinkIT Travel's terms, and in some cases (for example a non-refundable hotel rate or airline fare) may be stricter than our own cancellation policy. 6. Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for five years from the date of purchase and can be applied toward the cost of a booking. A voucher is redeemable by whoever holds the voucher code, so treat your code like cash and only share it with the person you intend to use it. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. 7. Cancellations and refunds

Cancelling a booking and requesting a refund are two separate steps. See our full Cancellation Policy for how each works, how refund requests are reviewed, and what happens if we're unable to confirm a booking with a supplier after you've paid.

8. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the law that applies to you that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability can lawfully be limited, it is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use LinkIT Travel after a change means you accept the updated terms.
